Shipping Policies

Current shipment times:

For stock items, we currently process and ship your orders in about 1 to 3 business days.

For lubed and filmed items, it is about 3 - 7 business days.

International Orders

All international customers must be aware of the customs and importation laws for their respective country. Furthermore, all duties, taxes, VAT, and any shipping service related fees are not covered and customers are responsible for these payments. For any reasons that the package incurred any additional shipping costs, such as rejected by customs, wrong address delivery, or returned back to the sender, the additional cost is subject to deduction from the original payment.

All products sold are listed in US Dollars and may not be automatically converted into your local currency. LumeKeebs is not responsible for any conversion fees associated with international orders.

Please note that all international shipping delivery time varies based on location. Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated time of arrival due to instances of customs and importation delays.

Incomplete or incorrect address submissions

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or result in a return to sender. Orders will be reshipped once the package has returned to us by the courier and reshipment cost has been paid. LumeKeebs is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous or incorrect address submissions.

Lost and undelivered packages

LumeKeebs is not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages. Issues arising from such packages must be resolved by the customer with the appropriate shipping carrier.
