Return & Refund Policies

Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel your order, please email us at lumekeebs@gmail.com within 12-hour from the time of order placement.
  • No cancellations will be allowed for packages that have a tracking number or packages en-route.
  • For lubed and filmed switches, no cancellations will be allowed after 24-hours from the time of order placement. 
  • All cancellations are subject to a 6% transaction processing fee, which covers non-refundable charges imposed by payment processors during both the original payment and the refund process. 

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

At LumeKeebs, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Your return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your original order.

Return Process:

  • To get started on a return or exchange, please send an email to lumekeebs@gmail.com with the following information: 

    • Name
    • Order number
    • Item and quantity you'd like to return
    • Reason for return

Unreturnable Products:

Due to the nature of the products, certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Lubricants
  • Oils
  • Greases
  • Clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned
  • Group buy items are final sales and cannot be returned

Return Shipping Costs:

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. LumeKeebs will not cover the return shipping fees, customs fees, and taxes etc,. 

Refunds:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Important:

If the item has been opened and/or used, there is a 15% restocking fee.

The shipping costs (both to and from the customer) will not be reimbursed for returns. 

Items that have been modified, including but not limited to lubing, filming, desoldering, or any other form of customization, are not eligible for a refund.

Sale items clearance items, and Group Buy orders are FINAL SALES and cannot be returned.

Defective or DOA:

All "Dead on Arrival" (DOA), damaged, missing, or wrong item claims must be reported back to us at lumekeebs@gmail.com within 3 days from the time of delivery with pictures and video of the issue. It will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Installation-Related Damage:

Please test your keyboard upon arrival to ensure it is functioning properly before installing or swapping any switches. Damage caused during installation — such as bent pins, damaged hotswap sockets, or other user-related issues—is not covered under our return or replacement policy. We cannot offer replacements or refunds for items damaged due to improper handling or modifications after delivery. We appreciate your understanding.

Transaction Fees:

All refunds and cancellations are subject to a 6% transaction processing fee, which covers non-refundable charges imposed by payment processors during both the original payment and the refund process. This fee applies to all orders, including those canceled within the allowed window.
