Return & Refund Policies
If you need to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com before you receive tracking information. No cancellations will be allowed for packages that have a tracking number or packages en-route.
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges
All sales are final, no refunds, returns or exchanges EXCEPT for the following reasons:
- Defective or DOA
- Mistakes from LumeKeebs shipping, e.g. Wrong item sent or incomplete order
- Approved cancellations within the timeline (prior to receiving tracking info)
- Carrier returned packages from unclaimed or undeliverable
Defective or DOA
Please notify LumeKeebs at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receipt with pictures or video of the issue. It will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Unclaimed or Undeliverable
Unclaimed or Undeliverable orders when received by us will be cancelled and refunded less shipping and transaction fees.
All refunds are subject to a transaction fee of 5%, Lumekeebs may waive the fee at our discretion on a case by case basis. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to process.
