Return & Refund Policies


If you need to cancel your order, please email us at before you receive tracking information. No cancellations will be allowed for packages that have a tracking number or packages en-route.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

All sales are final, no refunds, returns or exchanges EXCEPT for the following reasons:

  • Defective or DOA
  • Mistakes from LumeKeebs shipping, e.g. Wrong item sent or incomplete order
  • Approved cancellations within the timeline (prior to receiving tracking info)
  • Carrier returned packages from unclaimed or undeliverable

Defective or DOA

Please notify LumeKeebs at within 2 days of receipt with pictures or video of the issue. It will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Unclaimed or Undeliverable

Unclaimed or Undeliverable orders when received by us will be cancelled and refunded less shipping and transaction fees.

Transaction Fees

All refunds are subject to a transaction fee of 5%, Lumekeebs may waive the fee at our discretion on a case by case basis. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to process.
