Switch Sound

The BSUN K1 has a hard and creamy sounding bottom out within the mid tones and a soft and muted top out. In its stock form, the BSUN K1 produces a creamy sounds signature thanks to its materials and a consistent application of factory lube. Thanks to its design and combination of materials, the BSUN K1 has a mid to lower pitched bottom out that is less common in long pole stems that usually have a sharper bottom out sound. While other BSUN switches on this list come factory-lubed on all four stem sides, the Momo still delivers excellent glide with every keystroke.

With its long spring, the BSUN Momo provides a responsive, snappy feel. Combined with tight housing tolerances and minimal stem wobble, it offers a clean, satisfying typing experience that punches far above its price point.

      Switch Sound

Of the BSUN switches listed, the BSUN Momo leans to more of a higher pitched and clacky sound profile. This could be due to the smaller amount of factory lube, but even with its material choices, the BSUN Momo has a sharp and clacky typing sound in both the bottom out and top out. The BSUN would be a great option to try if you want a pure sounding switch that is not dependent on factory lube and provides a responsive typing feel.
