Return & Refund Policies

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at lumekeebs@gmail.com within12-hour from the time of order placement. No cancellations will be allowed for packages that have a tracking number or packages en-route. For lubed and filmed switches, no cancellations will be allowed after 24-hours from the time of order placement.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

At LumeKeebs, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Your return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your original order.

2. Return Process:

  • To get started on a return or exchange, please send an email to lumekeebs@gmail.com with the following information: 

    • Name
    • Order number
    • Item and quantity you'd like to return
    • Reason for return

Unreturnable Products

Due to the nature of the products, certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Lubricants
  • Oils
  • Greases
  • Clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. LumeKeebs will not cover the return shipping fees, customs fees, and taxes etc,. 

Defective or DOA

All "Dead on Arrival" (DOA), damaged, missing, or wrong item claims must be reported back to us at lumekeebs@gmail.com within 2 days from the time of delivery with pictures or video of the issue. It will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Transaction Fees

All refunds are subject to a transaction fee of 5%, Lumekeebs may waive the fee at our discretion on a case by case basis. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to process.
