Overview
The Novelkeys Cream were the first mechanical switches to have both a POM stem and a POM housing. The full POM design was made for the Novelkeys Cream to be a self-lubricating switch. The Novelkeys Cream regained its popularity after they were reintroduced by Taeha Types.

Switch Sound
For the stock version, there is an audible "scratch" and "sandy" sound. The Novelkeys Cream still produce a solid mid-toned sound when bottoming out and clear higher-toned sound when topping out. With lube, the scratch in the Novelkeys Cream is noticeably reduced, and makes the Novelkeys Cream sound relatively more muted and lower pitched than in stock form.

Switch Feel
The Novelkeys Cream have a consistent feeling pre-travel to total travel. The Novelkeys Cream have a solid and clean sounding bottom out. When lubed, Novelkeys Cream becomes smoother while still maintaining the consistent feeling keypress.
Things to Note
The stem in the Novelkeys Cream is a popular choice used often in frankenswitches. Some examples include BCPs, Creamsicles, Creampacas, and Cthulhus.
