KTT Kang White V3 Linear Switches

I had done research online about a lot of different switches and finally came across these that seemed to have the sound profile I wanted. One thing I noticed was that in all the videos I saw, they were spring swapped for a different brand. I was a bit nervous about doing this myself as I had never tried it before. I noticed on the Lume keebs site that they had a service for spring swaps but it was only there internal options. I sent a message just to see if it was possible to swap in springs from another vendor. I was met with a very quick and thoughtful reply. They offered to have me send the springs to them and they would handle it for me. From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful and professional. They gave me updates on when the springs arrived and updates on the turnaround time to expect. When they finally got here they sent me the remainder of the unused springs, and they sound absolutely phenomenal. I could not have asked for a better experience or outcome. I will be a return customer.
