The OG black switch from Cherry with that signature Cherry sound. These are the updated Hyperglide switches which feature the new 'Hyperglide' tooling for improved smoothness, tolerances and wobble. Increasing switch actuations from 50M to 100M.
These switches improve significantly with breaking in as well as lubing and filming.

Cherry MX Hyperglide Switches
I gotta say. There’s quite a few vendors that have been around the game for a while and they’re trustworthy, efficient, and well liked. I gotta give it to Lume for delivering every single time.
I’ve ordered hundreds of Cherry MX HG Blacks from lume and have had zero issues. They ship quickly, albeit not same day, but still efficiently fast. In all of my orders, they also include a separate switch that they’ve modded with a hand written note as well.
Throughout my time in the hobby, I've tried many switches and have found myself coming back to the notorious Cherry scratchy feeling. I wanted to buy a set of pre-lubed and filmed MX Blacks. These shipped pretty quickly and while I had my concerns on whether or not the batch would be consistently lubed, all of this went away when I had the switches in had. I was really impressed at the consistency between each switch! I highly recommend purchasing lubed and film switches from Lume, especially these Cherry MX Blacks!
Though I had qualms about the shipment, which was delayed, then extended, and whatnot -- making the DHL Express service that I paid more take a week or so -- I have nothing but amazing things to say about the service and the switches. They feel absolutely amazing and buttery smooth.
For the longest time, I've been chasing high pitched clack, only for a friend to recommend this switch to me. At first, I didn't really have that much expectations since people online always talk about the scratch and how clunky it felt, but I feel none of that over here; just a buttery smoothness, and a quiet but almost 'creamy' clack that's pleasant to the ears.

I first purchased these switches for a classic O-ring build with MX Blacks on Aluminum. I didn’t know what to expect, but I had prior experience with NOS vintage blacks that had been Lubed and filmed, which I liked. At first, I didn’t have very high expectations for these switches, as they aren’t broken-in, or spring swapped from what I’m aware. I also never really understood the hype around MX blacks before, but I must say that these are simply amazing. Not only do these sound AND FEEL better than the vintage MX blacks I have in another board, but they have genuinely become one of my top 3 favorite switches (specifically the way Lume Keebs mods them). I have bought them several times since my first purchase, and I can wholeheartedly say that these are great switches if purchased Lubed and filmed from Lume Keebs. You will not be disappointed!
