Great customer service and fast shipping

At first ordered a wrong set of switches, reached out to Lumekeebs and they quickly helped me exchange. Received my switches in less than 1 week. Will definitely come back!

Hand lubed orders will ship in nearly 3 weeks, not 3-7 days like it says on the website. 1/4 of the switches had a bent pin and almost half of them were not fully snapped closed in the top right corner which prevented them from fitting in the plate until I closed them myself. Those things were easily fixable though. Two of the switches were broken and would not register a key press no matter what I did. They sound great in the board!
